1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "wasloy", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online betting platform operating at wasloy.cam and its related services.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who registers for and uses wasloy services.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a User on the wasloy platform.
• "Services" refers to all online betting products offered by wasloy including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related entertainment products.
• "Website" means the wasloy platform accessible at https://wasloy.cam and any associated mobile applications.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on sporting events, casino games, or other betting markets offered on the platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account for betting purposes, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other promotional offer provided by wasloy to Users.
• "Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp)" means the official currency of Indonesia and the primary currency for all transactions on wasloy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any wasloy Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wasloy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and refrain from creating an account.

wasloy reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. Your continued use of wasloy Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Users or through prominent notice on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of your agreement with wasloy.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use wasloy Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. wasloy strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and deposits confiscated without refund.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons acting under guardianship, conservatorship, or any legal disability are not eligible to use wasloy Services.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. wasloy Services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available or legal in other jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from wasloy Services.
• Personal Use Only: Your Account must be registered in your own legal name and used exclusively by you. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
• Financial Capability: You affirm that you are betting with funds that you can afford to lose and that your use of wasloy Services will not cause financial hardship to you or your dependents.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.

During registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify wasloy of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wasloy operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing withdrawals, we require identity verification through submission of valid documents including:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or Passport showing photograph, full name, date of birth, and document number
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)
• Selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face for facial recognition verification

wasloy reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with anyone, allow others to access your Account, or engage in any activity that compromises Account security. wasloy is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

wasloy accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits originate from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. wasloy reserves the right to charge processing fees for deposits, though most methods are currently fee-free.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits unless otherwise approved by wasloy in exceptional circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 2-5 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours or for unverified accounts may take up to 24 hours. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time of up to 72 hours.

wasloy reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or other information before processing withdrawals. Accounts with pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements may have withdrawal restrictions until requirements are met. Withdrawal requests may be declined if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are detected.

5.3 Payment Method Changes

Changes to registered payment methods require manual verification by our security team. Contact customer support with proof of ownership of the new payment method (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number). Verification may take 1-3 business days.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

wasloy offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots 100%, live casino 100%, sports betting 50%, virtual sports 25%.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days from bonus issuance). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account. Maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and related winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wasloy strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), and any other strategy designed to exploit bonuses without genuine betting risk.

wasloy reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts found engaging in bonus abuse. This includes retroactive review of historical activity. Our decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by wasloy. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason including but not limited to: suspicious betting patterns, technical errors displaying incorrect odds, events already started or concluded, and insufficient Account balance.

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed (receipt displayed in your betting history), it becomes binding. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after acceptance unless wasloy determines that the bet was accepted in error due to technical malfunction or incorrect market information.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting at wasloy includes pre-match and live in-play betting on football, basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, esports, and other sports. Settlement of bets is based on official results published by governing sports bodies. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded unless specific sport rules dictate otherwise.

For football betting including bandar bola markets, specific rules apply: Asian Handicap bets are settled based on the final score including injury time but excluding extra time and penalties unless otherwise specified. Over/Under bets count all goals scored in regular time plus injury time. Both Teams To Score (BTTS) bets require each team to score at least one goal during regular time. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; one losing selection voids the entire parlay.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are streamed in real-time with professional dealers. Results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are final once the dealer announces them. Technical disconnections during live games do not void bets; the game continues and bets are settled according to the actual outcome.

Slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages. Individual sessions may deviate significantly from stated RTP. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout per bet depends on the sport/game and bet type. Sports betting maximum payout ranges from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 depending on the league and market. Live casino and slot maximum payouts vary by game provider but typically range from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 1,000,000,000. Progressive jackpot payouts are unlimited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using bots, automated betting software, exploiting software bugs, colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using wasloy Services to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, or accessing another person's Account.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior toward wasloy staff or other Users.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or Account restrictions.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive source code from wasloy software or systems.

Violation of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate Account termination, confiscation of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. wasloy may also pursue civil and criminal legal remedies against offending Users.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

wasloy strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website and Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical difficulties, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control. wasloy is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 No Warranty

wasloy Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wasloy's total liability for any claims arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the lesser of (a) your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or (b) Rp 10,000,000. wasloy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9.4 Third-Party Content

wasloy relies on third-party data providers for sports statistics, odds, and game content. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data. Obvious errors in odds or results will be corrected, and affected bets may be voided at wasloy's discretion.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after all pending bets are settled and verification is completed. Closed accounts cannot be reopened for 30 days.

10.2 Suspension

wasloy may temporarily suspend your Account for investigation if we suspect Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or payment disputes. During suspension, you cannot place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Suspension will be lifted once the investigation is concluded, or the Account may be permanently terminated if violations are confirmed.

10.3 Termination by wasloy

wasloy reserves the right to terminate any Account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• All pending bets will be voided and stakes refunded to your Account balance
• All bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited
• Your Account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you within 14 days after verification, minus any amounts owed to wasloy
• You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts or using wasloy Services

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wasloy is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from your use of wasloy Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any legal proceedings, Users must first attempt to resolve disputes through wasloy's internal complaints procedure:

1. Submit a detailed written complaint to [email protected] including your Account username, transaction details, and description of the dispute.
2. wasloy will investigate and respond within 7 business days with a proposed resolution.
3. If unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to our senior management team within 14 days.
4. Final decisions by wasloy management are binding unless you elect to pursue arbitration or legal action.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claims arising from your use of wasloy Services must be filed within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after 90 days are waived and barred.
